Cookie Club 2012: A Parent Resource

This cookie season we are asking all parents to use Cookie Club to submit their scout's initial cookie order.  This will eliminate the need for parents to drop off the traditional paper order form to the Troop Product Manager.

Parents and Scouts can access Cookie Club at the following link:

https://cookieclubpilot.littlebrowniebakers.com/

Returning Parents of Cookie Club (Accessing your account)

If you used "Cookie Club" last year and are a returning member:

1. Go to the "Cookie Club" Website at https://cookieclubpilot.littlebrowniebakers.com/

2. Select "Parent" from the DROP DOWN Menu.  If you forgot your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" button and the system will e-mail you a link to reset your password.

3.  Once you log-in, update your scout's information (i.e. grade level,  etc).

You should be brought directly to this page when you log in for the first time.  If not, look along the top to the right.  You will see blue wording that says "My Account".  Click on that and update your information (if you want) and your scout's information.

4.   Hit the "SUBMIT" button.  Even if you don't have any updates, you need to click the "SUBMIT" button. This will activate your scout's account for this cookie season.

Your scout can now log into Cookie Club using their username and password.

Please check the spelling of the scout's name and that the troop number was entered in correctly.  The spelling of the name must match with what your Troop Product Manager has in their database.  If you are not sure, please e-mail your Troop Product Manager to confirm your scout's name and spelling (Sometimes they may be in the system using their formal name and not a nickname).

Why do we have to use Cookie Club this year?

Cookie Club will eliminate the need for parents to have to drop off the traditional paper form to the Troop's Product Manager.  There are also some optional features for the scout to use in Cookie Club such as goal settings and eCards.  On average, customers who receive an eCard buy approximately 6 packages of cookies.

Can Scout's collect money online for cookie orders?

Scouts do NOT collect money online when using eCards to get orders. Customers make "promises" and will pay the scout once cookies come in.  If the customer lives out-of-area, the scout will have to mail them (expense paid by the scout), or give them to the customer the next time they see them.  Customer who live out of the area should mail the scout the payment for the cookies.

Can an eCard received by a customer be forwarded to another customer for an order?

No, do not have recipients of any eCards sent by the scout from Cookie Club forwarded to other customers.  Each eCard sent from Cookie Club is designed to take only the order from the intended recipient of the eCard.  If a different customer would like to place an order, have the scout send them a new eCard from within Cookie Club.
